Accessibility Statement

What we have done

The site is designed and tested so that its content and functions are available to everyone:

• Every function can be operated with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every control.
• A skip link takes keyboard and screen-reader users straight to the main content of each page.
• Each page has one level-1 heading and a logical heading outline; landmarks (navigation, main, footer) are labelled.
• Text resizes to 200 % and reflows at 320 px width without horizontal scrolling; colours meet the AA contrast ratios.
• The operating-system reduced-motion setting is respected – decorative animation is switched off for visitors who prefer it.
• Photographs carry alternative text or captions; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Enquiry forms have visible labels, hints and error messages that are announced to screen readers; the product search box is labelled for assistive technology and has a visible search button.
• The interactive 3D section viewer is supplementary – every section is also described in text and can be quoted without it.
• Every page is checked with automated WCAG 2.2 AA testing on desktop and mobile viewports before it is published.

Known limitations

The embedded Google Maps frame (where enabled) and the Razorpay online-payment checkout are third-party services whose accessibility we do not control. Each is offered alongside an alternative: written directions on the contact page, and payment by bank transfer arranged over e-mail.

PDF and vCard downloads open in your device's own applications; the same information is available as web pages.
